I'm Deborah O'Grady

Years ago, I was running a thriving, multi-six-figure business, ticking all the boxes of “success.” On paper, my life looked great, but inside, I felt disconnected, uninspired, and deeply out of alignment. So, I let it all go; my business, my stability, and the life I knew, uprooted my family to Lisbon to rebuild from truth, alignment, and purpose.

The journey wasn’t easy. Shedding old patterns and stepping into the unknown required me to shift into a higher version of myself. But in this new frequency, surrounded by new energy and possibilities, I healed, grew, and created a life I’d always envisioned, one rooted in clarity and alignment.

With over 20 years of experience as a brand and business strategist, mentor, and holistic coach, I’ve guided hundreds of women to reconnect with their truth and create lives and businesses that thrive in alignment. I'm a Master Mentor + Spiritual Teacher, and a Brand Strategist for over 20 years. I’ve founded and scaled multiple ventures, consulted for 7- and 8-figure brands, and driven innovation for product teams in fashion, retail, and interiors, with clients including Hugo Boss, Covent Garden, and eBay.I also built a multi-six-figure coaching business, mentoring hundreds of women globally to create aligned, purpose-driven businesses.

My qualifications include a Degree in Interior Design and Marketing, along with certifications as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach (CNM Diploma), CHEK Holistic Coach, Spiritual Teacher, and Certified EFT, Trauma-informed Parts (IFS) Practitioner, and Psych-K Facilitator.
