When we start working together, one of the first things I’ll help you understand is who has been shaping your life up until now—the version of you shaped by past emotions and protective behaviours. Continuing to live in this space will only perpetuate patterns of survival rather than thriving. Our work begins with identifying and dismantling these survival-based ways of being so you can heal from the source and grow into the person you were meant to be.
