Meet your Mentor, Deborah O'Grady

As the founder of Home Awakening, Master Mentor, Spiritual Teacher, and Brand/Business Strategist, I bring over 20 years of experience in building and scaling ventures. I’ve led innovation for brands including Hugo Boss, Covent Garden, and eBay, built a seven-figure brand agency, and created a multi-six-figure coaching business that has empowered hundreds of women globally. My expertise lies in self-leadership, transformation, and creating businesses that align with truth and thrive in this new paradigm of consciousness.

Working together in close proximity is a sacred commitment I do not take lightly. I’ve made significant investments in my growth and am highly educated in my field. This includes qualifications a degree in marketing, Holistic Lifestyle Coach (CNM Diploma), CHEK Holistic Coach, Trauma-Informed Parts (IFS) Practitioner, Certified EFT Practitioner, and Psych-K Facilitator.

I approach mentorship as a co-creative partnership, holding expansive space with honour and responsibility for the women I guide. My role is to align you with your truth, clear outdated paradigms, and support you in creating a business and life that reflect your highest potential.

In 2022, I left behind a thriving six-figure business and the stability of the familiar to rebuild from alignment and purpose. Relocating my family to Lisbon, I stepped into the unknown and created a life deeply rooted in clarity, truth, and freedom.
